  • Hi,

First of all Thank you much for making this article.

I have a situation, where I was able to complete all steps except the payment.
My RTO does have this option of online payment, but for some reason even before making the payment, it says payment already done, waiting for bank verification. Payment status is always showing as Pending.

    Question:
    1) Should I have give test only after the payment ?
    2) Can I pay the fee directly in RTO for the application I submitted online ?

    • Hello Roopa,
You should visit the RTO & Explain the Situation to them. They will rectify the issue for you. Then, you can make payment either online or directly at your RTO
