Andhra Pradesh AP State Traffic Challan Rates

  • The violators should pay Rs 500 for driving a vehicle without a license, the disqualified person driving a vehicle in a public place, conductors failure to issue tickets etc.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 1000 for the owner to permit an unlicensed person to drive a vehicle, drive dangerously, and drive uninsured vehicles.

Karnataka State Traffic Fine Rates

  • The revised traffic fine for driving/riding without a license is Rs 1000 for two-wheelers, Rs 2000 for four-wheelers and Rs 5000 for heavy vehicles.
  • The citizens should pay Rs 1000 for disobeying the authorities.
  • The traffic fine for driving without insurance is Rs 1000 for two-wheelers.
  • The citizens should pay Rs 2000, Rs 3000, and Rs 5000 respectively for driving without registration.
  • For dangerous driving, the citizens should pay Rs 1500, Rs 3000, and Rs 5000, respectively.

Telangana TS State Traffic Police Challan Rates

  • The citizens should pay Rs 500, Rs 500, Rs 1000 for offences related to the documents (for two, three, four, and six wheelers, respectively).
  • The vehicle users should pay a maximum penalty of Rs 200 for violation of no entry, one way, U-turn, Violation of Prohibited Area, and Violation of Rules Duly Promulgated.
  • For rash & dangerous driving and dangerously posing a threat to other people, the violators should pay Rs 1000.
  • Moreover, the applicants should pay road marking related offences, and number plate related offences, traffic police-related offences, traffic related offences, towing of vehicles, pollution-related offences etc.

Tamilnadu State TN Traffic Challan & Fines

  • The traffic fines for Rs 10,000 and 6 months prison, Rs 15,000 and 2 years jail for the repetitive violation.
  • The traffic fines for general traffic rule violations, road rules & regulations, and travelling without tickets are Rs 500.
  • The traffic fines for driving without a license, driving vehicles after the cancellation of a driver’s license, and driving an oversized vehicle are Rs 5000.

Maharashtra State Traffic Challan Rates

  • The violators should pay Rs 5000 for driving without a license, driving a vehicle talking on mobile, racing/speeding on roads, and driving without proper registration for the first time.
  • The defaulter should pay Rs 1000 for over speeding, driving under the influence for the first time, driving without a seat belt, riding without a helmet etc.
  • The violators should pay Rs 2000 for using horns in silent zones, disobeying orders by authorities etc.

Odisha State Traffic Challan and Fines

  • The violators should pay Rs 500 for General Offence, Travel without a ticket, Alteration of Motor Vehicle by owner for the first time offence.
  • The citizens should pay Rs 1000 for violation of driving rules, using horns needlessly, riding without a helmet, and releasing exhaust gas other than a silencer for the first time.

Delhi State Traffic Challan Rates

  • The violators should pay Rs 500 for travelling on running board, obstructive driving, no logbook, smoking in the vehicle, excess smoke, tinted glass, playing loud music, Unauthorised use of siren etc., for the first time.
  • The riders should pay Rs 1000 for triple riding on a two-wheeler, without a helmet, using a horn in no honking zone.
  • The violators should pay Rs 5000 for blowing pressure horn, driving without fitness, allowing an unauthorised person to drive, Defective/Fancy/Not displaying Number Plate for the first time.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 10000 for not giving way to an emergency vehicle, W/O Permit, Conductor without a license, W/O RUPD, W/O LUPD.

J&K State Traffic Challan Rates and Fines

  • The violators should pay Rs 300 and Rs 500 for Not Wearing a seat belt and driving without a license.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 2000 for drunk & drive, Rs 1000 for the call on driving, and without insurance.

West Bengal State WB Traffic Challan Rates and Fines

  • The violators should pay Rs 450 for driving a vehicle without DL, riders under 18 driving the vehicle, a disqualified person holding the license.
  • The citizens should pay Rs 3000/Rs 4000 for Driving Vehicles without Registration or in contravention of the condition of Blue Book, Driving Vehicles without Certificate of Fitness or invalid C.F.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 100 for using a vehicle with defective number plates, marks at the rear number plate, driving a motor vehicle with defective types, a wiper in bad condition, a vehicle with no horn, refusing to hire etc.

Madhya Pradesh State MP Traffic Challans Price List

  • The violators should pay Rs 500 for a driving vehicle without a license, driving by an under-aged person, a disqualified person driving a vehicle.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 1000 for the owner or person in charge of a vehicle, permitting an unlicensed person or an under-aged person to drive it. Any manufacturer uses sub-standard articles or processes.
  • The violator should pay Rs 100 for Driver’s failure to make prescribed signals on prescribed occasions, the Driver allowing any person to obstruct his control of the vehicle (Sitting at a place to hamper driving etc.), failure to take precautions unguarded Railway level crossings etc.

Assam State Traffic Challans and Fines

  • The violators should pay Rs 1000 for driving or passenger without a seatbelt, carrying children below 14 years without safety, riding more than two persons in two-wheelers, and riding without helmets.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 5000 for driving without a license, racing and trails of speed.
  • The violators should pay Rs 10000 for air and noise pollution violations and not providing a way for emergency vehicles.

Gujarat State Traffic Challans and Fines

  • The defaulters should pay Rs 500 for riding a two-wheeler without a helmet, driving a four-wheeler without a seat belt, and talking on the phone while driving.
  • The violators should pay Rs 1000 for driving unregistered vehicles, Obstructing emergency vehicles such as ambulances, breach in stipulated pollution norms.

Rajasthan State Traffic Challan Rates

  • The citizens should pay a fine of Rs 1000 for riding without a helmet, driving without a seat belt, speaking on a mobile phone while driving, more than one pillion on two-wheelers, over speeding, violating traffic orders, and jumping traffic signals.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 5000 for not carrying a valid license and Rs 2000 for driving without registration.

Sikkim State Traffic Challans List

  • The violators should pay a Rs 700 penalty for a motor cab, auto-rickshaw, stage carriage buses and minibuses, contract carriages buses, goods carriers, and private cars, omnibuses, jeeps and others as the first penalty.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 400 for motor cab auto-rickshaws, stage carriage, buses and minibuses, contract carriages, buses, goods carriers, private cars, omnibuses, jeeps and others.

Uttarakhand State UK Traffic Challan Rates

  • The citizens should pay Rs 100 (first penalty) and Rs 300 for triple riding on motorcycles, irresponsible driving, and not wearing helmets.
  • The candidates should pay Rs 1000 for using the wrong number plate, driving vehicles without insurance, 
  • The fine for selling vehicles that do not comply with the stipulation guidelines is now Rs 50000.

Meghalaya State Traffic Challan Rates

  • The violators should pay Rs 100 for Red light/stop line jumping, obstructive parking, defective/non-display of the number plate, and disobeying a competent officer’s lawful directions/orders or causing obstructions to discharge his duties or refusal to part with information sought by him lawfully.
  • Candidates should pay Rs 1000 for Allowing an unauthorized person to drive a vehicle.
  • Violators should pay Rs 200 and Rs 250 for driving when mentally or physically unfit to drive and Over speeding. 

Uttar Pradesh UP Traffic Challan Rates 2021

  • The violators should pay Rs 10000 for giving incorrect information in the driving licence and talking on mobile while driving.
  • The candidates should pay Rs 1000 for talking on mobile as a first offence and talking on the mobile while driving.
  • Candidates should pay Rs 4000 for violating the speed limit rule and pay Rs 5000 for driving without a licence.

Jharkhand JH Traffic Challan List

  • The defaulters should pay Rs 150-500 for violation of traffic signs, driving in a restricted area, dangerous parking, and overtaking dangerously.
  • The violators should pay Rs 1000 for carrying passengers without a safety belt, drive without a helmet, and drive with tinted glass.
  • However, the applicants should pay Rs 10000 fine for using a vehicle without a permit and not providing a way to an emergency vehicle.

Punjab PB Traffic Challan List

  • The violators should pay Rs 300 for jumping of red light, W/O seat belt, disobeying traffic signal, smoking while driving, triple riding on a two-wheeler, wrong parking in the city area etc.
  • The defaulters should pay Rs 500 for travelling without ticket and pass, Supply of invalid tickets, lesser value ticket, Driving without Driving license or not valid Driving License, Not entitle legible to obtain driving license etc.
  • The violators should pay Dangerous driving & use of mobile phones, watching TV/Video while driving, Violating noise and Air Pollution standards etc.

Haryana HR Traffic Challan Rates

  • The violators should pay Rs 100 for abrupt Brake without sufficient reason, blowing horn, multi-toned horn needlessly/continuously, crossing a divided road/ central verge where no proper crossing is provided, disobeying police signal, travelling without seat belt etc.
  • The violators should pay Rs 1000 for drivers using a vehicle without holding a driving licence, under age person driving the vehicle, using pressure horn etc.

Himachal Pradesh HP Traffic Police Challan Rates

  • The violators should pay Rs 500 for Traveling without a ticket or pass, seizing or exercising control of the vehicle, for abetment etc.
